· Train and develop chefs to company standards

· Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs

· Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly

Qualifications

· Associate degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of kitchen experience in a fine dining serving Steak & Seafood restuarant

· Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs

· High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guideline

· Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
