Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Including the following, other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain an organized and sanitary work station at all times
- Properly label and date food items
- Production of all catering foods
- Maintain and organize storage rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of all major kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to become ServSafe Certified
- Skill in volume production
- Strong Organizational Skills
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in a chef’s position
- Minimum of one year of experience in banquet cooking
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
