Check-In Representative Job at LYNDHURST GYNECOLOGIC ASSOCIATES
Meet and greet patients in a courteous and professional manner. Gather needed demographic information. Collect patient responsibility payments Check patient into the electronic health records. Answer questions from patients, staff and visitors. Direct patient traffic. Screen patients and visitors for COVID-19. Must have prior physician office experience, must be computer proficient, speak clearly and communicate well.
