Why We Need You:
PEMCO has a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a Change Management Consultant to join our community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing change management expertise and consulting support on programs, projects, and initiatives across the company. This position works closely with leaders at all levels to design, develop, and implement change strategies and tactics; works hands-on to ensure effective implementation and delivery, and establishes and assesses change metrics to ensure desired outcomes and results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide change management consulting and expertise to enterprise- and function-level programs, projects, and initiatives. Assess, devise, and deploy strategies and tactics that address implications of organizational change to ensure change adoption and sustainability including, but not limited to, resistance and performance gaps.
- Define and implement data-driven methods for measuring success of change management efforts in driving desired business results. Identify and apply appropriate data analysis approach and tools (e.g., process observation, quantitative data, etc.); conduct analyses to evaluate effectiveness; and identify and mitigate risks to ensure desired business results.
- Develop, influence, and execute on an end-to-end change management strategy, underlying tactics and plans (e.g., change impact analysis, stakeholder and change agent network engagement, communications, end-user training, readiness, and adoption) with input from relevant leaders as needed.
- Maintain relevant expertise by actively expanding consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.
- Recommend and incorporate the support of organizational effectiveness leaders and project management consultant; ensure alignment and integration with corporate training, communications, and other functions as appropriate and needed.

What You'll Bring:
- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent work experience (Organizational Effectiveness, or related business field)
- 10 years of experience in cross-enterprise change management roles with increasing scope, scale or complexity is required
- Experience with defining, designing, and leading enterprise-level change management and business transformation projects is required
- Experience with the practical application of organizational change management methods and tools is required
- Experience consulting with all levels of leadership - executive, director, and manager - is required
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar designation is preferred
- MS Office : Skilled proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook is required
- Job specific : Maintain external network and relationships in functional areas of expertise (business transformation, change management, organizational effectiveness) is preferred

Compensation:
The compensation range for this role is shown below. Placement within the range varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Greater Seattle Area*: The pay range for this position ranges from $98,550-$164,249
- Outside Greater Seattle**: The pay range for this position ranges from $88,695-$147,824
*Greater Seattle Area is defined as working within approximately 100 miles of Seattle.
**Outside Greater Seattle is defined as working approximately 100 miles or more from Seattle.
Benefits:
Regular part-time PEMCO employees working at least 24 hours per week and regular full-time PEMCO employees are eligible to elect coverage under medical, dental, and vision plans for themselves and their eligible family members with generous employer premium cost shares. In addition, as a benefits-eligible employee, you are:
- covered by employer-paid basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance policies as well as long- and short-term disability benefit coverages.
- eligible to participate in PEMCO’s 401(k) plan which includes a generous employer match (2 for 1 on the first 6% employee pre-tax and/or Roth deferral, up to federal maximums).
PEMCO provides the following paid leave programs for benefits-eligible employees in their first year of PEMCO employment:
- Vacation accrues at a rate of 10 days for new hires, and increases based on a schedule to a maximum annual accrual of 25 days based on tenure
- Granted four (4) personal days immediately upon hire
- Paid holidays for the eight (8) holidays observed by PEMCO throughout the calendar year.
- Granted up to ten (10) days of sick leave immediately upon hire (pro-rated based on hire date and full-time/part-time status), which is approximately 28 hours more per year than the Washington state-required accrual
- In addition, PEMCO provides paid time off for bereavement, jury duty and employee volunteering in the community.
