A premier retirement community with dedicated and skilled staff, dynamic leadership, innovative services and first class facilities is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide in a top-tier hospitality environment where residents are treated compassionately with dignity and respect.

The Care Concierge assists the licensed nursing staff by assisting with routine nursing duties and activities of daily living. Provide services, to assure resident safety, promote independence, and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Must have a current Texas CNA certification, excellent hospitality skills, and enjoy working with seniors.

Expectations

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, and exercising.
• Receives/gives report on residents assigned during shift.
• Reports any observation of unusual nature to Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Treatment Nurse and others as indicated.
• Records Assistance to residents, nutrition intake, etc. as directed.
• Transports and escorts residents as needed with the use of wheelchair.
• Answers call lights promptly and courteously.
• May Change bed linens, makes beds, and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
• Follows all safety, security, infection control and hazardous materials policies and procedures.
• Assist with hydration pass for elders.

Available Schedules

• Monday - Friday 6am-2pm
• Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm (Includes a $2.00/hour shift differential)
• Saturday - Sunday 6am-10pm (Work 32 hours & get paid for 40 hours)
