*What You’ll Need: *
- Graduate of an accredited occupational/physical therapy educational program
- Active Occupational/Physical Therapist state license
- Passed the Certified Hand Therapy Examination and yearly maintenance of the designated amount of continuing education hours to uphold the specialization certification

Ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment

*What You’ll Do: *
- Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive occupational/physical therapy treatment
- Perform evaluations, establish goals, and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide efficient and effective occupational/physical therapy treatment in accordance with the established treatment plan
- Efficiently document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions
- Provide education to the patient and family regarding patient’s condition and instruction for home activities
- Develop and maintain effective communication with the patient, family, and other members of the rehabilitation team
- Supervise and instruct occupational/physical therapy students according to professional guidelines
- Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with occupational/physical therapy associations and attendance at workshops and conferences
