Center Pivot Irrigation Technician Job at Agland Electric & Irrigation
Why you?
We are looking for a team member to join us as a center pivot irrigation technician. Experience with all makes of electric pivots is a plus. We appreciate self-starters who can work extended hours during our busy season in order to provide service to our customers. This position will need to start up new and used machines, install tower boxes, install sprinkler packages, install drivetrain conversions, perform preventative maintenance, remote telemetry service and install, and general service work. Service calls will be assigned and this team member will be expected to know the product, troubleshoot and fix issues with the pivots. There is significant work with corners, AgSense, VFD’s and pumps. In order to assist the team, we hire all of our building done by an outside crew and we use late model service trucks with ATV’s to help make the physical demands of the job more manageable. We DO NOT carry gear boxes into fields, we drive the ATV to the point of repair regardless of the crop.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
