NOTE: In order to work at a casino in the state of PA, you will be required to apply for and obtain a valid PA Gaming License. Candidates who accept an offer of employment will meet with the Human Resources team who will guide them through the licensing process.

  • Responsible for the efficient operation of all Table Games, Slots, Beverage, and Housekeeping on a particular shift
  • Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons, including discretionary free play in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7
  • Supervises the Table Games, Slots, EVS, and Beverage Servers with a direct reporting line to this position
  • Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
  • Responsible for ensuring that all operations/ departments in the Casino run smoothly and timely
  • Reviews property and departmental financial data
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, and marketing plans
  • Responsible for receipt of card and dice inventory, to include inventory count, storage, and removal from the Card and Dice room to the pit(s)
  • Maintains constant awareness of staffing in the Slots, Table Games, Beverage, and Housekeeping departments.
  • Responsible for hiring, interviewing and organizing training classes to maintain adequate staffing
  • Evaluate and research different game options and new technologies for Slots and Table Games
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
  • Ability to understand and use Oasis and Ultipro systems
  • Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Experience
Required

  • For current Team Members, you must have less than 5 attendance occurrences in order to qualify
  • Demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures of games supervised, as well as knowledge of and ability to identify various cheating techniques

Preferred

  • 7 year(s): Recommended seven years’ experience in a state licensed or tribal casino, but at least five years in slot department supervising and managing are required.
