Cashier/Clerk/Customer Service/book keeper Job at The Prescription Center
We are looking for people with a passion to help customers and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent customer service skills, is dependable, courtesy and assertive, and enjoys being at the center of our customers' shopping experience. The Customer Service Associate / Cashier will take an active role in making sure that our customers' needs are met and will be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy in their cash handling responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Receive payment, process transactions, and provide change.
- Answer customer questions.
- Provide information to customers on products, services and policies.
- Help customers resolve problems with their accounts.
- Handle customer complaints and requests for refunds.
- Record and verify the purchase, exchange, return or cancellation of merchandise or services.
- Serve as a cashier.
- Knowledge of the store's merchandise.
- Manage the amount of money in a register.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
