for Full Time Case Pickers in Frankfort, Indiana
The Case Picker is responsible to efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.d.

About the position:
- Consistent Pay:
- $19.50 per hour + production incentive *Earn up to $1.50 more per hour!* $0.50 raise after 6 months and another $0.50 raise after another 6 months!
- Available schedule:
- C shift: Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat - 4:30pm-3:00am
- Requirements
- Must be open to Overtime
- At least 6 months of warehouse experience
- Experience using a Walkie Rider - Required
- Experience using an RF Scan gun or WMS System - Required
- Physically capable to lift 15-50lbs continuously while bending and reaching
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test

- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Must have adequate math skills
- Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes

- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Responsibilities:
- Picking product and case pick.
- Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
- Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
