Case Monitor -
Position Purpose: To support and monitor tenants at the New Castle County Hope Center.
Duties include but are not limited to-
- Participant Entry, Verification & Admittance
- Food delivery coordination, retrieval, sorting, storage, set-up and distribution
- Donation retrieval, sorting, storage management and distribution
- Administration/ support staff functions
- Participate Intake & room move-in/ move-out inspections
- Rent readiness program administration
The Case monitor will work on-site at the New Castle County Hope Center located on Airport Road in New Castle, De.
Shift: There are 3 shifts - 7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm / 11pm to 7am.
The Fulltime position works a 5-day work week. Part-time positions work weekends.
Rate of Pay: ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on experience
Qualifications: organizational skills, able to multi-task and likes working with others.
