Carrier Data Integration Supervisor Job at WTW
The Role
- Managing a team of 7-10 analysts who build and maintain incoming and outgoing enrollment data.
- Driving employee development through goal setting and holding 1:1 sessions with assigned individuals.
- Oversight, auditing, and creation of processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Work with internal constituencies to ensure smooth internal operations.
- Support team in facilitating ingestion, manipulation, loading, maintenance, and delivery of data for existing and new carrier partners.
- Support in resolving escalated issues promptly to promote customer satisfaction.
- Be a representative for carrier data in project meetings and speak to impacts and deliverables, assuming team project lead duties as required.
- Oversight of communications with our carrier partners to ensure smooth, timely communication between the team and external partners to maintain and improve relationships.
- Assist in building, tracking, and maintaining reporting metrics for internal team members, stakeholders, and executives to quantify bandwidth and performance.
The Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in managing work through a ticketing system in a technical or customer service environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
- SQL is helpful but not needed.
- Knowledge of industry-standard conventions, other industry-standard data formats, and data transmission methodologies.
- Self-motivated, highly analytical, organized, and uncompromisingly detail-oriented
- Advanced time-management skills and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to others and understand their concerns
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to negotiate and handle conflict.
- Ability to provide constructive and positive feedback that is consistent with WTW core values.
- Ability to write and maintain technical process documentation
- Data trend identification and resolution.
- Ability to work well with a team as well as on individually assigned projects
- Proven ability to develop and improve processes to drive efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent in meeting deadlines and following through on commitments
- Familiarity with Medicare a plus
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a huge plus.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is: $65,000 - $70,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus, performance-based recognition awards.
