Carpenter/Carpenter's Helper Job at Monmouth County Contractor/Builder
Looking for a motivated and dependable Carpenter with experience in ALL phases of new construction and renovations at several job sites in Monmouth and Ocean County. Must be able to efficiently perform tasks accurately and timely. Must display attention to detail in all tasks and be able to take direction as well as work and think independently.
Must be able to communicate job status updates to owner and help oversee gaps in subcontractors contracted work. Must be able to communicate with office personal, inspectors, & homeowners when necessary.
No less than 5 to 7 years previous carpentry experience.
A valid drivers license and transportation is required.
Looking for a reliable individual that can take charge, work well supervised and unsupervised and be able to cost effectively and timely troubleshoot through the day to day requirements as well as any job emergencies.
Truck with tools is a bonus but not required
Compensation based on proven skills and experience. Cost estimation and take offs as well as any experience with construction software a bonus.
