• Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time and mileage in-between clients. Paid mileage for transportation and running errands for clients

Responsibilities:

• Companionship to clients
• Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands and activities
• Medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation
• Preparing meals and shopping for groceries or other essentials (paid mileage)
• Personal Care Assistance and Services such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Light housekeeping and household chores/light duty cleaning
• Documentation -Monitoring and reporting on their condition (chart on app. no paper charting)

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Active HCA, CNA, or willingness to become certified- HCA Candidates welcome to apply (tuition assistance available)
• Empathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, physical and mental health
• Help with personal care
• Proficient in some domestic chores such as preparing meals and cleaning
• Trained in specialized areas of care, for example, geriatrics, dementia or Alzheimer's disease
• Open to working around pets
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must enjoy helping others, high sense of urgency in responding to client concerns and safety needs.
• Available for consistent shifts throughout the Tacoma Area
• Able to transport clients (run errands, doctors appts)
• Must be able to work weekends

Requirements:

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Personal vehicle for client transporting, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record (if you are transporting)
