We are looking to add an attentive, upbeat individual to our team to care for a senior gentleman in Bloomington on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 AM - 5 PM. These hours are set, although there is a potential to add Saturday shifts as well. Get consistency with your schedule by committing to care for this senior. New members of our team will also be eligible for a $500 Sign-on bonus. Earn $100 of your bonus after working 80 hours, and earn the remaining $400 after 90 days of employment.

This senior gentleman is in need of a companion to assist with his activities of daily living. The Care Professional must be comfortable using a Hoyer lift daily. The client will use a wheelchair as well. This client will also need hands-on assistance with all personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Medication reminders, light housekeeping services, and companionship will also be needed. Client is not able to be left alone.
Timeliness and punctuality are also a requirement for this position. Care Professionals must arrive to shift on time and communicate with the office on a regular basis. Reliability and punctuality are crucial for success in this role.
