Caregiver at Orangeburg Memory Care Job at Novellus Living
Orangeburg Memory Care by Novellus Living is looking for a competent Caregiver to care for our residents in a professional and compassionate manner. It’s a demanding job that is also very satisfying and rewarding, since people who are ill, injured, disabled or elderly are often thankful for high quality assistance. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ambulation and mobility around the community or outside (getting in and out of bed, walks etc.)
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
- Help residents with physical therapy exercises
- Perform housekeeping duties that residents can’t complete on their own
- Be pleasant and supportive of residents
- Report any unusual incidents
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
