Full Job Description

Car Wash Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of locations assigned to, to ensure performance targets are achieved.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

· Manages the business and daily operations of Car Wash to achieve company goals

· Drives quality and exceptional customer service standards

· Trains car wash associates best practices to present and sell unlimited plan

· Accountable for satisfactorily resolving customers concerns and complaints

· Supports with recruiting, hiring and retention and disciplinary actions

· Promotes a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing and enforcing safety policies

· Works with upper management to help grow and develop other leaders

· Ensures the site operates in compliance with all OSHA requirements, applicable laws, regulations and company policies

· Monitor, control and budget for chemicals, utilities and equipment repairs/replacement

· Maximize speed for processing vehicles at the wash

· Manage PMP (Preventative Maintenance Program) to minimizing downtime

· Manage keep car wash facilities clean and organized

· Attends all training, meetings and relative events

· Control and document employee discipline and coaching

Preferred experience and skills:

· Strong Leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills

· Minimum of 2-3 years of Car Wash Industry

· Highly effective communicator

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team

· Strive to mentor and duplicate talent

· Basic mechanical skills

· Has excellent conflict resolution skills

· Continuously looks for process to improvements and corrections

· Basic experience computer skills

· Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for a minimum of 50 hours per week

· Efficient time management capabilities

Frequently working conditions

· Exposed to loud noise, wet and/or humid conditions (not related to weather)

· Exposed to outside weather conditions, severe cold, hot, humid.

· Exposed to work around fumes, airborne particles and chemicals

· Continually working near moving mechanical parts

· Required to lift/push/carry more than 50lbs
