Receptionist/Delivery Driver Role

We are looking to build our team at our flagship retail location in Owosso, MI. Our ideal candidate will have some cannabis industry experience, a great attitude, and the ability to adapt to change. What You Need

• Having Cannabis experience & knowledge is strongly desired for this role
• Above and beyond customer service experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20-30 lbs.Must be physically capable to stand for long periods of time.

What You Will be Doing

• Follow day-to-day operations ensuring adherence to all SOPs which include but are not limited to:
• Execute an exceptional customer experience such as greeting, helping, and educating customers in store and over the phone with information regarding products, store hours, location, specials,website, address, and more
• Create personable and memorable experiences for all customers
• Check in new and existing customers per state and CRA requirements including verifying customer’s legal age and purchasing allotments
• Maintaining a well-organized and clean work environment
• Keep meticulous patient and customer records
• Use completely and accurately POS and METRC systems for all in-store, online, phone, curbside, and delivery orders
• Fulfill and deliver cannabis products to customers
• Communicate any delays or issues with delivery orders
• Understand and follow state laws and regulations regarding the delivery of cannabis products
• Manage all documentation associated with deliveries
• Keep meticulous patient and customer records
• Comply and follow all state and local cannabis regulations
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable on current industry trends and new in store products

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid & current driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration, reasonably clean driving record, and reliable car with working alarm system
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the marijuana industry
• Applicant must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against Covid-19

Pay: $14-15 per hour, plus tips
