Clark Retirement Community in Grand Rapids is currently seeking Campus Attendants for our senior living communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, communicative, and attentive to detail.

Positions Available:

Franklin Campus (Part Time)

• Tuesday & Wednesday, 8pm - 8am

Keller Lake Campus (Full Time)

• Monday – Thursday: 5:00 pm – Midnight
• Friday: 5:00 pm – 1:30 am

A Campus Attendant will be responsible for securing the campus by completing door checks, parking lot and building rounds, along with light housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Some of these tasks may include cleaning/restocking public restrooms, cleaning break rooms and offices, using a ride on vacuum or hard surface ride on floor cleaner. Other security checks may include monthly fire extinguisher checks, exit sign checks, running any fire drills, changing batteries in weather radios, etc.

The Campus Attendant will be the point person for any campus issues or resident questions during the evening and night shifts. The person will work with on-call maintenance and leadership if necessary.
