Call Center Representative Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to join our rapidly growing team. Medicareinsurance.com aims to serve and safeguard the members of our most revered population: American Seniors, by providing expert-level assistance in delivering high-quality health insurance benefits. Our goal is to help protect our client's future, health, and financial well-being. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service via telephone by asking a series of qualifying questions to determine one's eligibility for further assistance from a devoted licensed insurance agent.

Contingent upon meeting the 90-day probationary threshold without receiving any disciplinary action, you will receive a one-time $500 retention bonus!

Call Center Representative Required Skills:

· Must be within a commutable distance of Daytona Beach, FL and be comfortable working in-office.

· High school diploma/GED required.

· Provide excellent customer service and team oriented.

· Exceptional communication skills.

· Ability to accurately record essential information.

· Excellent phone manner and articulation.

· Ability to type minimum 40 WPM (words per minute)

Call Center Representative Compensation:

· $13/hr to $15/hr based on performance

· Daily monetary incentives

· Monthly monetary incentives

· Health, Dental and Vision Benefits after 60 days of employment.

· 401K matching up to 4% After 6 months

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

· Script based outbound and inbound calling

· Adhere to Shift and metrics

· Follow policies and procedures of call center

· Always communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers.

· 90-day probationary period in which 100% attendance is required

· Use rebuttals and other call skills to overcome objections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
