Guido’s to Go/ Café Barista

Do you love shopping at Guido’s? You can get paid for it! We are looking for a detail-oriented person with a passion for customer service and a strong knowledge of our stores to divide their time between our Guido’s to Go team and the Pittsfield Café.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shop Guido’s to Go orders for curbside pickup
• Provide customer service to customers using Guido’s to Go
• Make all coffee, tea, smoothie and juice drinks ordered
• Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and properly rotated. Maintain back stock areas and coolers.
• Assist other departments when necessary to facilitate customer service
• Be aware of new products and their placement
• Wash dishes and utensils when necessary
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices. Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Effective time management skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to be upright and moving for long periods of time
• Ability to lower oneself to grasp objects
• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with Guido’s Pittsfield location

This is a part-time position, 25-30 hours per week, with 6-8 hour shifts. Weekend availability is a must.

Pay: $15-16.25 depending on experience.
