• Provide IT software solution and functional support for various CAE software’s used by CAE Engineering community
• New releases installation on TEST Env & perform regression testing on application new features and functionalities required by engineering.
• Application testing, packaging and distribution through end user services portal and production support
• Incident Management and End user support on various CAE applications.
• Project Documentations- prepare the documentation for different phases like application support, testing and deployment to production environment
• Support business readiness and change process activities prior to go-live
• CAE application support includes obtaining hardware information, providing license, application installation, testing and product support.
• Train or educate end users to work/usage with engineering systems and programs.
• Provide technical support on High Performance Computing (HPC) and Scientific Computing
• Regular Monitoring and support on HPC systems Reports.
• Develop and execute monitoring reports for HPC administration.
• Experience is Simulation Data Management solutions or Implementations
• Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, performance and complexity needs to determine hardware configuration
• Good Experience in Unix and Operating in Linux environment. Any certification in Linux course will be preferred.
• Experience in providing support for CAE Pre-processor applications e.g. . Altair HyperWorks, ANSA , Meshworks, SimLab, LS Pre, etc. Including installation and software support.
• Experience in providing support for CAE Post-Processor applications e.g. Altair HyperWorks, BETA CAE tools, LS Post, AbaqusViewer, etc. Including installation and software support.
• Experience in providing support for CAE Solvers - Abaqus, Nastran, LS – Dyna, Madymo , Moldflow , Ansys (CFD) , nCode Madymo, etc. Including installation and software support.
• Basic problem-solving skills, Application issues, Root cause analysis, Configuration, ability to handle AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo & NX cad files in CAE preprocessors

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $83,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
