QUALIFICATIONS: Proper Indiana Teaching License
College Transcripts
Letters of recommendation
Must pass a National Criminal History Check
Skilled in technology use in classroom
Able to manage multiple students effectively
Ability to work positively and productively with students, parents and
school staff
Recognizes the importance of team concept
Excellent communication skills
Well organized
Goal and task oriented
Ability to maintain a good rapport with school community and
positively meet the public
In agreement with the philosophy and goals of Spencer-Owen Community
Schools
