About the Position:
A Buyer at Custom Products reviews material needs twice a week and places PO's to cover those needs, then follows up with the vendors to receive acknowledgments. You'll have your pulse on inventory, reviewing the Issues List and following up with vendors to expedite anything needed before its delivery date. You'll communicate with vendors on a regular basis, reviewing our customers changing demands, and ensuring our vendors have the information needed to help our supply chain win!
The Buyer will learn the flow of products through Custom Products and will have growth opportunity inside Purchasing as well as within the entire Supply Chain. These skills will look great on your resume, but you won't want to leave when you see the growth potential and career opportunity within Custom Products.
