The Business Delivery group supports Billing Operations through process documentation, training and communication, quality control/compliance, project management, and process improvement.
We are seeking a motivated, self-directed, knowledgeable individual to join our team and be a part of PG&E’s customer driven Billing Operations organization.
Position Summary
The Business Process Analyst-Senior is responsible for compiling and analyzing data that helps measure performance and guide our long-term decision-making strategies.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team that promotes and supports safety, diversity, teamwork, and leadership.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The a ssigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $98,000.00
Bay Area Maximum: $146,000.00
OR
California Minimum: $93,000.00
California Maximum: $139,000.00
Job Responsibilities
Leverage Salesforce and other tools to identify billing exceptions and/or performance trends. Present findings and proposed recommendations to leaders.
Performs root cause analysis on complex processes that requires customized reports and data.
Forecast operational targets and calculate the number of resources required to achieve.
May manage small-to-mid-size projects.
May develop/deliver end-to-end process training materials to better support business needs.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Job-related experience, 4 years
Desired:
Strong analytical and technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Experience with resource and metric forecasting
Knowledgeable with PG&Es Billing Operation processes
Proficient in Salesforce reporting
Proficient in Power BI
Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership
Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity
