Business Operations Coordinator Job at Divine Savior Ministries
Job purpose
The Business Operations Coordinator will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. S/he takes an essential part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and is successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent operations coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with outstanding communication skills. Comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The ultimate goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
· Handling accounts receivables for various campuses.
· Generating initial and incidental as needed.
· Recording scholarship remittances and adjusting accounts accordingly as well as handling compliance for all campuses.
· Performing reconciliations as needed.
· Assisting in general financial management and reporting.
· Posting bills to match with items requested through the procurement system and transferring bills from the system to QuickBooks.
· Keeping intercompany files in balance and up to date as needed.
· Supporting the Central Business office with the day to day operations and administrative tasks.
· Provide general support to Local Business Offices.

Qualifications
· Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
· Experience in customer service
· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field
· Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
