We are looking to build a BDC Team with knowledge of Automotive and wants to join our team.Must have excellent phone and written communication skills, be able to work with a CRM tool We are looking for Experience. Full and part time positions available. The job will entail the following: · Primarily Database mining, ie lease retention, and finance leads. Answer inbound sales calls and make outbound calls to schedule sales and service appointments. Answer internet inquiries , Log all Customer comments, via phone, email and text in the CRM. · Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made. · Post scheduled appointments in the CRM. · Confirm scheduled appointments. · Reschedule no-show Customer appointments. · Follow up with to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome . Weeknights, and weekends are expected.
