We are seeking an energetic, motivated and experienced Business Development Manager! Candidates must have prior business developing skills with a positive track record and passion for sales. Duties include servicing an established account base, as well as securing new accounts. Hydradry Inc was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Damage Specialists. Our services consist of water, fire, mold remediation and restoration. Prior experience in this industry is a big plus but not required.


This is a full-time position with unlimited income potential! (we do not cap commissions). Compensation includes a base hourly rate, plus commission, and bonuses. As an employee you will also receive health insurance, paid vacation and holiday time.


As a business development manager your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Create a relationship and promote our commercial and residential services to Insurance Adjusters, Insurance Agents, Plumbing Companies, Home Inspector’s, etc. so that they will recommend our company to their clients, and within their own networks.
  • Network locally at Chamber of Commerce functions and any other local associations you are able to join.
  • Pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with our referral sources and trade partners
  • Ability to reach decision-makers and intensely focus on turning leads into accounts and sales
  • Analyze the market and identify viable target clients
  • Develop sales strategies and help develop sales presentation materials
  • Deliver effective sales presentations in person
  • Professionally conduct meetings with clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and stay current with market trends
  • Solicit and encourage the continued demand for services by all customers in the territory of the company.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Other responsibilities and job duties as assigned


Preferred Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • A minimum three years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector, preferably sales experience in the restoration industry
  • Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territory
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to build and present client and solution/value-based proposals
  • Extensive knowledge in the Restoration Process
  • Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Salesforce
  • Constant Contact with customers
  • Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments preferred
  • Coach-able, trainable, and have a good personality
  • Experience with a CRM tool, and working knowledge of current business software technologies
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Frequency:

  • Weekly

Salary:

$18 - $21 an hour (Based on Experience)
