Job Description:
Essential Job Functions
- Assist with technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability.
- Lead requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshops
- Explore business challenges, helping solve complex issues via DXC services or solutions
- Assist clients in defining and embedding strategies, roadmaps, and business cases
- Lead pre-sale activities (in collaboration with the management)
- Define technical standards and best practices for enterprise intelligent automation architecture and governance, promoting re-use and scalability structures, policies, processes, and metrics to assess organizational gains for intelligent automation and modernization
- Support intelligent automation business development efforts for primary target clients
- Work with highly skilled DXC and client teams through development, testing and delivery of intelligent automation capabilities using industry leading intelligent automation technology, while ensuring compliance with industry security & privacy guidelines
- Engage with clients on engagements ranging from operating system security, cloud and network security, program change management, IT Security operations, and other IT governance related areas.
- Provide recommendations and advise on steps to mitigate risks and remediate
- Analyze assessment results and create professional technical reports to be shared with technical and executive stakeholders, as well as third parties.
- Leverage out-of-the-box thinking to tackle and overcome complex client challenges.
- Remain current on the client landscape, including. Keep your team and clients informed on relevant opportunities and voice of the customer on an on-going basis.
- Analyzing and reporting on client and other data in order to provide evidence-informed insights and perspectives
- Performing coordination and execution of financial and technical due diligence, input on strategy, identification and mitigation of risk areas, and input and advice on future initiatives geared to reduce risks
Basic Qualifications
- 0 – 2 years of post-graduation working experience
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience is preferred
- Industry analysis and business strategy development
- Financial modelling and data analysis
- Technology review and evaluation
- Stakeholder engagement and consultation
- Business cases and feasibility studies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.
At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 50,300.00 - 93,500.00 USD Annual.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
