Beechwood Sales & Service, an Anheuser- Busch and craft beer distributor is looking to add a Part Time Business Analyst to the team. Get your start in the beer industry!

The individual will work with the Manager of Business Analytics to provide a high level of service to customers, employees, and associates. The Business Analyst's overall responsibility is to complete analysis of strategic performance measures and assist in the timely and accurate completion of business functions. Beechwood Sales and Service offers a chance to work with talented people in a collaborative environment.

The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, flexible time, about 4 hours each day. This position's work arrangement is on-site.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze monthly expense forecast and budget variances
• Set up, update, and maintain new customer accounts including order edits
• Data file maintenance
• Assist with management of department expenditures
• Track and summarize competitive activity
• Upload daily/weekly reports
• Assist employees and customers with general inquiries
• Provide general office coverage as needed
• Other duties/reporting as assigned by Business Analytics Manager

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree with a preferred emphasis in economics, mathematics, or finance or working towards a degree with availability to fit schedule
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Ability to provide analytical support and translate data for leaders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Google Sites experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and others included in Microsoft Office Suite
• Enthusiastic, high energy, and self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed
