As Gopher Sport's Business Analyst you will maximize the benefit and ROI from assigned Applications by ensuring Applications work properly, are updated, are available, and are used to their full potential.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Ensure 99.9% Applications and System availability.
• Ensure success of any Application and System changes (updates, repairs, upgrades, or modifications).
• Optimize Application and System configuration and usage.
• Maintain 98% or higher ratings in the areas of timeliness, completeness, professionalism and requester satisfaction on support requests surveys.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field from an accredited college/university or Associate degree with 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise class business applications to include: ERP, WMS, CRM.
• Demonstrated success implementing and supporting enterprise applications in a corporate environment.
• Experience managing projects through a system development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP preferred.

Job Location

This position will be able to flexibly work from our satellite office in Edina, MN or our state-of-the-art facility in Owatonna, MN (approximately 45 miles south of the Twin Cities Metro area).
