Job Description:

Digital Citi Retail Services (CRS) is looking for a Digital Product Manager (DPM) Analyst who will help drive key initiatives within Consumer Private label credit card Servicing platform, catering to major retail partners.

As a DPM, you are a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments around digital financial products. You will help define and refine requirements for new initiatives and enhancements to existing products. You should be comfortable around technical systems and terminology, although no coding experience is necessary. You should be equally comfortable working closely with business partners, legal, and governance teams to deliver a product that meets all stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver against ambitious business objectives
• Provide platform, product, and customer experience leadership
• Work in an agile environment, preparing quality backlog for the scrum teams
• Engage with cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop innovative financial platform products
• Understand and track key performance indicators to discover areas of opportunity for product enhancements
• Responsible for delivering against overall vision, technical capabilities, and roadmap
• Engage with businesses and shape business and product requirements in to platform requirements
• Drive product development for new initiatives
• Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market
• Maintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Above average communication and diplomacy skills
• 2+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Management/Engineering
• Strategic, results-driven leader who is passionate about designing best-in-class digital experiences and staying at the forefront of cutting edge technology in the financial servicing space
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and engineering teams

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
