We have a variety of positions in our manufacturing plant including:
Buffing Operator - We need an individual to fill a 1st shift position. The hours are Monday - Friday 10 hours (5 AM - 3 PM).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
As a Buffing Operator you will perform a variety of duties to set up, maintain, operate and clean the robot and buffing machine. You will track supply needs and keep your team leader informed, and perform general housekeeping duties. Your end-product will be a cymbal buffed to a brilliant finish that will look great under a spotlight.
Requirements:
Ability to read work instructions and oven sheets- Ability to maintain the log book at the buffing station and other necessary records.
- Team player able and willing to help others as needed
- Ability to lift cymbals and dies weighing up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts weighing 600 to 1000 pounds
- Ability to maintain established quality and quantity standards.
- Able to follow prescribed safety precautions, established company and department policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
