Overview of Position:
Heiser Toyota has immediate openings for Brand Consultants. We are seeking professional individuals, preferably with customer service and sales experience, who demonstrate strong customer service skills, are detail oriented, and who are team players capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Brand Consultants work closely with our Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to assist with, and gather training in, new and pre-owned vehicle sales. They are responsible for being an intermediary between our customers and sales team; gathering customer information, sorting through the types of vehicles that may be of interest to the customer, and then handing the customer over to the appropriate salesperson to begin the sales process. This position is all about working as part of a team to produce a positive buying experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the sales of new and pre-owned vehicles and services
- Attend all virtual and in person training
- Gather a working knowledge of all vehicles offered for sale
- Asses customer needs and offer researched guidance
- Provide advice on purchasing vehicles
- Answer and address any sales related questions or concerns
- Work with customers and Sales Team to complete successful purchases
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year(s) relevant customer service or sales experience
- Previous Automotive Dealership experience a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Valid and clean WI Driver’s License
- Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $16/hr.
