JOB DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK
Her Majesty, the Queen, requests your presence for the social event of the year.We’re staffing up for an immersive Bridgerton experience, where we transport guests to England's Regency-era London for a live concert by a string quartet playing Bridgerton's memorable soundtrack. Alongside the music, guests will partake in an evening of acrobatic performances, interactive experiences, a stunning dance show, delicious cocktails, and much more, all as they get acquainted with familiar characters to relive and participate in much-loved moments of the hit series.
We’re looking for a team of individuals who are passionate, hardworking, creative, and energetic to become the guests main point of contact across multiple areas of the experience.

A little more about the role… While the world of Bridgerton takes place in 1813 high society London, we are not requiring you to be an actual character in the world. Your main purpose will be dedicated to your specific position (merchandise, check-in, etc). All that will be required is simple substitution of modern phrases to those that are more in-line with the experience. This also means it won’t be necessary to have a British accent, nor memorize the entire Regency Era language. (Frankly, the Bridgerton show breaks some of these rules in their language). What’s most important is remembering that you represent the Queen, so your position is of royal servitude. Be polite, pleasant, keep your posture straight, especially when walking. Have fun with your characterization!

BRAND AMBASSADOR

• Friendly, outgoing demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude
• Understand the necessity of keeping guests engaged in a fully immersive, in-world experience
• Comfortable interacting with guests as first point of contact of the experience, including answering questions about:
• Ticketing, VIPs
• What to expect during the show,
• Merchandise pricing and availability
• Coat Check
• Taking and assisting with photos at the Raindrop area, portrait studio, and assisting the VIP section
• Experience/Comfort with retail environments and Point of Sale systems including:
• restocking of merchandise
• breaking down merchandise carts
• Uniform - Employee must provide their own:
• All Black Dress Shoes (closed-toe; no buckles or brands on sides)
• All Black Pants/Slacks (no jeans, leggings, stripes, rips, or tears)
• White button-up shirt
• Provided: Vest, arm bands
• Additional duties as needed
• Awareness of guest interaction, safety and overall guest experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Assist guests with mobility disabilities when necessary
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Location: Minneapolis, MN (Northeast)
• Project Dates:
• Training/Rehearsals begins: Oct 30
• Open to Public: Nov 9
• Conclusion: Mid January
• Pay: $28/hour
• Hours dependent on show / open hours (Wednesday - Sunday)
• Must be available for multiple days of training ahead of the experience opening (included in dates above)
