Description

Kitchen Team Members are responsible for being knowledgeable in all or most BOH (Back of House/Kitchen) positions. They understand that delivering high quality food with second-mile customer service is what makes Chick-fil-A unique and what makes us continuously stand out against the competition.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Undergoing thorough training of as a BOH Team Member

  • Learning positions such as:

    • Primary

    • Secondary

    • Fries

    • Biscuits

    • Prep

    • Breading

    • Dishes

• Ensuring a safe and hazard free work environment

• Properly utilizing and maintaining machines

• Ensuring food safety protocol is followed at all times

• Ensuring that food meets or exceed the Chick-fil-A Standard

• Preparing for quality control/assurance visits

  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be available to work the lunch rush weekdays & weekends

• Must be able to multitask

• Must be reliable

• Great communication skills

• Accountability-both to self and others

• Must have successfully completed Team Member Training
