Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) - Therapeutic Consultant Job at Wall Residences, Inc.
Wall Residences is growing! We are looking for full-time, salaried BCBAs or BCaBAs to join our Statewide Therapeutic Consultation Team. We are a comprehensive agency providing applied behavior analysis services to all regions of the state of Virginia. Wall Residences provides Therapeutic Consultation services around the needs of the individuals we support, with a strong focus on positively impacting quality of life. Our practice focuses on supporting individuals who engage in interfering behaviors and experience skill deficits that affect their quality of life, both in their home and community. Our clinicians provide direct, in-person support and telehealth services.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- conducting assessments
- writing, implementing, and auditing behavior plans
- training staff and caregivers
- data collection and reporting

Required Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensure through the Virginia Board of Medicine
