About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for the Blended Care clinical programs to drive the long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that can break down ambiguous growth challenges into actionable analyses, drive the complex analytics, translate that into recommendations, and drive the implementation.
Responsibilities
- Drive detailed analysis and iterations to forecast client demand for our Blended Care clinical programs and provider supply needs to support our ambitious long-term growth targets
- Partner cross functionally with Analytics, Provider Marketing, and Recruitment teams to help track progress against growth goals
- Support other special projects/ROI analysis to enable long term growth targets across Blended Care clinical programs
- Identify near-term operational risks in partnership with the Operations teams and use analytics to support solution development
- Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience with management consulting, digital health operations, or related experiences; healthcare experience a plus
- Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams
- Quantitative analytical skills (SQL, Excel/Google sheets)
- Able to distill and communicate the ‘so what’ from complex analytics
- Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is
$95,000 - $146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
