Resources will provide project management, design, development and support services in Biztalk 2013 env, to work towards maximizing data sharing of health information within the Medicaid Enterprise to support HCBS data integration.
Resources will define the system, technical, and application architectures for major areas of development and recommends courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
Resources will stay up to date on business initiatives and objectives, particularly as these relate to infrastructure and development architecture issues.
Resources will research and implement best practices frameworks/capability models that will control costs, provide higher quality, and/or increase predictability of service delivery.
Resources will research new technology and development tools to remain abreast of current and emerging technology
Detailed Description
Resources will work with divisions, data exchange partners, vendors to provide architectural, project management, design, development and support services in Biztalk 2013 environment, supporting systems, interfaces and data exchange partners and supporting the agency's Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) initiatives. This will involve interfacing with new applications, potentially new or existing data exchange partners, as well as supporting the eventual move to new data interface tools, such as Mulesoft and GoAnywhere.
