We are hiring a hardworking and efficient Billing Clerk to join our team. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for maintain and filing patient billing information, as well as filing patient insurance information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has the ability to work independently. This position requires quick response time under pressure, and prior skills in an office setting are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding billing issues.
- Research and correct account issues.
- Provide advice on billing issues.
- Verify and rectify accounts.
- Calculate and prepare invoices.
- Provide advice on billing issues.
- Monitor quality of service.
- Be a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
