Quanex is looking for a Bilingual Technical Service Representative (Manufacturing Industry) to work remotely in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Grapevine or Arlington, TX area. In this position, the ideal candidate will support our Operations & Sales teams and cover the Metroplex territory.

Summary

This position is in the manufacturing industry and responsible for the technical and “hands on” approach of supporting our customers with finished products pertaining to windows and doors.

What Success Looks Like:

· Ensure Spacer products are set up and functioning properly

· Work to troubleshoot all product capabilities, usage, and reactions

· Interface with customers on product issues and work toward resolutions

· Conduct onsite quality audits at customer locations

· Provide verbal and written recommendations to customers, operations, and sales team

· Create and edit product manuals & bulletins

· Develop, organize, and participate in customer and sales team training programs

· Provide support to the operations and sales team to strength technical and industry knowledge

· Travel up to 30% to 50%

Your Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably Business or related studies
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, or relevant experience, while applying technical skills for finished products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
