Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Clinical Pharmacist-REMOTE Job at Alliance Healthcare Solutions
Alliance Healthcare Solutions has a client located in CA looking for a Bilingual Remote Pharmacist!! It is a pacific time day shift schedule Monday- Friday and two Saturdays a month! MUST be licensed in the state of CA!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and document patient data
- MTM Processes
- Complete efficient and thorough medication review
- Assist with obtaining referrals and authorizations
- Follow-up with clinics, providers, pharmacies, and patients to resolve patient issues and concerns in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in the state of CA
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
- MTM experience needed
- Ability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions with respect to age-specific, disease state-specific considerations
- Must have GREAT communication skills
