Partners Personnel is hiring for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our Largo, FL office. Great long-term opportunity!
We are looking for a high-energy and creative individual for a busy office, responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Pay: $17-19/hr
Location: Largo, FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8-5
Job Duties:
- The administrative assistant will be responsible for all aspects of staffing and recruiting for temporary and temporary to hire associates in all areas of light industrial work.
- Answer a multi-line phone and schedule interviews.
- Assist candidates with the application process.
- Process new hire paperwork including I9's, W4's, background checks and more.
- Conduct drug screening.
- Utilize social media to promote the company and open positions.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree.
- Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook.
- Expert utilizing social media: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented individual.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to work as a team.
- Must be comfortable working on a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt easily to changes.
- Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
