Role – Business Systems Analyst with call center technologies
Location : Bethpage, NY or Plano, Texas
Day 1 onsite
Skills : Business Analyst, Contact Center, IVR, ACD / Bi-lingual (English + Spanish)
Technical/Functional Skills:
1. Knowledge of all phases of software development life cycle, including requirements gathering and documentation;
2. Analyzing functional business processes;
3. Applying knowledge of call center technologies including ACD, IVR, CTI, digital call recording , workforce management and reporting;
4. Working with relevant contact center technology, tools and middleware, including, SQL, OLE/MS Office, GUIs, and associated testing methodologies.
Experience Required:
1. Knowledge of all phases of software development life cycle, including requirements gathering and documentation;
2. Analyzing functional business processes;
3. Applying knowledge of call center technologies including ACD, IVR, CTI, digital call recording , workforce management and reporting;
4. Working with relevant contact center technology, tools and middleware, including, SQL, OLE/MS Office, GUIs, and associated testing methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Work with Project Manager and other IT staff delivering functional business analysis and requirements gathering services.
2. Develop documentation for existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications, as well as the facilitation of joint application design sessions with users and IT staff.
3. Perform data collections, organization, workflow, and support analysis.
4. Responsible for documenting functional/non-functional test plans and execution of those test plans.
5. Document defects and manage the resolution of the defects.
6. Provide direction and support for preparation of quality deliverables.
7. Define the work flow for improvements and resolve issues, while documenting and presenting project status.
8. Conduct requirements gathering and design documentation activities for medium to large scale applications development, package implementation, and/or system integration projects.
9. Develop and maintain user documentation and instructions for all systems within purview.
10. Define processing logic and translate high level business requirements into detailed functional design documents.

- Experience in cloud Native Engineering.
- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking.
- Strong Hands-on experience with, Azure DevOps and CICD Pipelines, DevSecOps, GitHub, and configuration management tools.
Desirable -
- Experience in MongoDB, Kafka and Stream Sets.
- Experience in building REST APIs and API Management.
- Understanding of Micro-services architectures.
- Experience in at least one programming Language (.net preferred).
- Healthcare IT Background.
- GCP experience.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $50.40 - $55.14 per hour
