The responsibilities include the following: 1. Plans, directs, review and coordinate the work of offshore accounting staff, assigns work activities and projects, monitors workflow, reviews and evaluate work products, methods and procedures, identify and resolve problems 2. Assigns, supervises and reviews the work of accountants. Develop work standards, conducts team training and developments. 3. Accounting background is a must. 4. Strong communication skills. 5. Previous experience working and managing offshore teams 6. Process mapping, streamlining, re-engineering and improving service quality levels for both internal & external customer. 7. Engage with aligned business groups to drive quality objectives both onshore and offshore 8. Works closely with the operations team, ensures SLAs are met, corrective and preventive actions.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $23.24 - $68.51 per hour
