YETI is seeking a benefits professional to support Global Total Rewards programs. The Benefits Manager will support the ongoing assessment and optimization of all global benefits strategies for YETI as we continue to scale, and expand globally. The Benefits Manager will be fully engaged in the organization: the brand, culture, strategies, financials, public image, core values and people.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of our US benefits programs in partnership with our benefits administration vendor(s) and broker
  • Partner with Total Rewards leadership and other key stakeholders in the design and execution of an impactful benefits strategy – inclusive of plan design, offerings, education/communication, etc.
  • Work directly with brokers and carriers to continuously review our plan offerings and carriers, and make recommendations to optimize spend and prioritizing offerings most impactful for our YETIzens
  • Manage the execution of annual open enrollment for USA benefits, including all related events, communications, and system configuration
  • Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations and proposals for recommendations around benefits spend, wellness utilization, and ROI
  • Manage the Leave of Absence (LOA) process from start to finish, partnering with employees, managers and Talent Business Partners as needed
  • Own 401(k) administration, including acting as secretary for the USA 401(k) plan, working with our 401(k) advisors and record keepers to manage our plan, and managing 401(k) data and processes
  • Develop framework for regular auditing/review of our benefits administration processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Conduct benefits orientation for USA new hires
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve escalations for benefits inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors (i.e., carriers, brokers, etc.)
  • Manage the implementation and roll-out of key Benefits and Wellness initiatives, including communication and training materials to educate managers and employees on those programs
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor offerings and compliance requirements, making recommended changes to the benefits strategy and plans as needed
  • Execute other various benefits administration duties, such as processing benefits invoicing
  • Support the roll-out of a non-US benefits framework and global brokerage relationship

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years' experience with US benefits, preferably mid-large, high-growth companies
  • Ability to produce and remain nimble, adapting as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite - specifically, with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with managing open enrollment and plan setup in HRIS – Paycom, Workday or similar platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and escalate issues when appropriate

US Workplace Approach:

  • Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
  • Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
  • Remote: Role is full-time remote.
