Hallowell Todaro is one of the first ADHD-support organizations in the U.S. to provide all services associated with ADHD under one roof: assessment, medication management, coaching, therapy, and education. Our mission is to reframe the diagnosis of ADHD as a brain difference—one often accompanied by unique gifts. This philosophical and therapeutic approach drives our treatment strategy; a framework of strength-based counseling and coaching services designed to minimize the challenges of ADHD while surfacing the gifts.
We are currently hiring skilled, experienced therapists and ADHD coaches to work in either our Seattle or Bay Area ADHD centers.
Positions Available
Therapist
Requirements: licensed in the state of Washington or California; experience with ADHD (preferred) and/or other mental health challenges; excellent communication and listening skills; compassion for clients and a drive for helping others; ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Child Therapist
Requirements: master's degree; licensed in the state of Washington or California; experience working with children 13 years of age and under; experience with ADHD (preferred) and/or other mental health challenges; excellent communication and listening skills; compassion for clients and a drive for helping others; ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Couples Therapist
Requirements: master’s degree; licensed in the state of Washington or California; experience with ADHD (preferred) and/or other mental health challenges; excellent communication and listening skills; compassion for clients and a drive for helping others; ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
ADHD and Executive Function Coach
Requirements: experience in education, general understanding of ADHD and the impact on the individual and family, an understanding of executive functions and how they relate to ADHD; bachelor's degree.
Administrative Support Specialist
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience (in a medical or physician office or customer service environment preferred); service-oriented; responsive to patient needs and courteous in approach; good organizational and time management skills; proficient in operating a standard desktop Mac-based computer system, including but not limited to: electronic health records, Microsoft Office, and email
