We are seeking an energetic, customer-service-focused individual to join the Hilton team! The Hilton Anchorage is the largest Alaskan full-service hotel with 606 rooms, and a fun team and atmosphere.
The position is hourly - plus tips and excellent benefits!
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests and provide information as they arrive and depart.
- Assist guests with their luggage, directions, and questions, as needed.
- Provide guests with our first-rate Hilton standard customer service.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Luggage handling. Luggage handling of the guest is done on various occasions such as arrival, during stay (change of room), and at the time of departure.
- 3. Mail and Message Handling.
- Miscellaneous Jobs.
- In the summer, assist the tour busses that come to our beautiful state for a visit!
