*** Crisis positions receive an additional 5.5% Program Differential Pay ***
The base compensation represents the entry point of the range. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, licensure, and performance. Salary placements generally occur between the starting or midpoint of the salary range.

Program:
Our Crisis Response Team provides quality care and assessments to individuals and families who need crisis intervention. This specially trained staff oversees emergency walk-in services and crisis calls for the Weld County area and after-hours emergency on-call services for a 12-country Northeast Colorado region. Clients can expect to have a thorough assessment of their needs and situation upon contacting our staff who assist in determining what level of care would most benefit the individual in the least restrictive setting. CRT also provides intensive care coordination for Weld County clients and discharge planning for clients stepping down from higher levels and integrating back into our communities.
Position Summary:
With a Customer First and Compassionate approach, Behavioral Health Workers will.
- Assist in the client admission process including orientation, training, and other activities to maximize clients' positive adjustment to the setting.
- Observe client behavior to identify changes or indicators of special needs and report those observations to designated staff as they occur.
- Transport clients using company vehicles when instructed to do so by supervisory staff for routine and/or emergency/crisis events.
- Function as crisis intervention specialist when required to implement response plans for a client demonstrating difficult behaviors, for health emergencies, or for natural disasters.
- Collaborate with staff to assure clients comply with program rules, guidelines, and directives while they participate in all aspects of daily living within the facility and outside the facility when instructed.
- Serves as assistant to the clinical staff in treatment events as requested. May participate in one-to-one treatment sessions with clients as designated by the program.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or other behavioral health disciplines from an accredited college or university is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets with hiring requirements as set forth for someone that must transport customers/program participants.
