We are looking for a couple of enthusiastic bartenders, to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Must have Responsible alcohol serving 2022 certificate
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender 2-year minimum
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate

• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand 100% of the shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
• Covid-19 considerations: Employee's face masks are optional, gloves and proper hand washing and sanitization procedures, cleaning of surfaces continually.
• Must be 21 years
